Surah At-Tin (The Fig, التين) is the 95th surah of the Noble Quran — a Meccan surah of 8 verses. Read it below in Arabic with the English translation of Marmaduke Pickthall, and listen verse by verse to famous Egyptian reciters.

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

95:1

وَٱلتِّينِ وَٱلزَّيْتُونِ ١

By the fig and the olive,

95:2

وَطُورِ سِينِينَ ٢

By Mount Sinai,

95:3

وَهَٰذَا ٱلْبَلَدِ ٱلْأَمِينِ ٣

And by this land made safe;

95:4

لَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ فِىٓ أَحْسَنِ تَقْوِيمٍۢ ٤

Surely We created man of the best stature

95:5

ثُمَّ رَدَدْنَٰهُ أَسْفَلَ سَٰفِلِينَ ٥

Then we reduced him to the lowest of the low,

95:6

إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ فَلَهُمْ أَجْرٌ غَيْرُ مَمْنُونٍۢ ٦

Save those who believe and do good works, and theirs is a reward unfailing.

95:7

فَمَا يُكَذِّبُكَ بَعْدُ بِٱلدِّينِ ٧

So who henceforth will give the lie to thee about the judgment?

95:8

أَلَيْسَ ٱللَّهُ بِأَحْكَمِ ٱلْحَٰكِمِينَ ٨

Is not Allah the most conclusive of all judges?
